Painting Workshop: Children for Peace

This program began in 2004 as an initiative of Sra. Mirna Ortiz Gonzales, a worker of Casa Ridgway and the Friends Peace Center. Her main objective is that the kids, through painting, take conscience of peace and express it in their paintings. However, she also finds it important that the parents also take consciousness of peace through chats that her son simultaneously gives while the children paint.
